Community HousingWorks (CHW) and the City of National City are seeking input from residents of Old Town National City (OTNC) that will guide a $1 million investment in community resources to ensure a healthy, sustainable community for all. Old Town National City includes the area that stretches from W. 8th to W. 24th Street and from McKinley Avenue to Roosevelt Avenue.

This available funding has been generated by the Paradise Creek Apartments financing structure created by CHW and the City of National City and shall be used in a manner that reflects the priorities of residents and represents CHW’s lasting commitment to contribute to a better community for all.

This survey will inform us how we can best serve our community in the future.
